BIG NEWS!:
12/20/18
WE ARE FINALLY OPEN! We are open Thursday, 12/20 4-9pm and Friday 12/21 4pm-Midnight! We can’t wait to see you!

Update:
11/27/18
We were really aiming to open before Thanksgiving but it looks like it will be a few more weeks. We appreciate you following, your patience and support. We will post a Grand Opening date as soon as we can. Close,…so close.

When are you opening?
10/2/18
Okay folks, here is an update on our opening status. It is now looking like mid-November and hopefully before Thanksgiving. I know our opening date continues to slide and I apologize for that. I am probably the most anxious of all of us to get open.

We are waiting for gas service to be connected to the building. Several things need to happen quickly once that is done. 1) plumbers need to make the gas connections inside the building 2) we need to conduct a test of our fire suppression equipment in the kitchen, which the fire department must observe and sign off on 3) our brewing equipment supplier must commission and start up our equipment-especially the gas burners in the kettles.

Once These things are done, then we can start brewing and it takes about 30 days for the beer to be ready once we start brewing. Since we are a brewery, I prefer to wait to open until we actually have our beer to serve!

I will try to keep everyone updated as these critical steps are completed.

Chip.

Brewpub Vision

When we travel, we always try to explore unique and local establishments.  During a vacation to the Pacific Northwest in 2015, we made an effort to stop at a different brewpub each night.  Washington and Oregon, specifically Seattle and Portland, have long been in the forefront of craft brewing in the U.S., and brewpubs abound in both cities. Since that trip, we have continued to explore brewpubs throughout our travels.

We were convinced that the brewpub experience, with fresh craft beer paired with simple but tasty food was what our town of Braselton needed.  We found that the brewpub experience is a great way to relax and socialize with old and new friends alike.  Another aspect of the brewpub scene is their focus on being pet-friendly.  Many of the brewpubs we have visited welcomed pets in their outdoor areas and we plan to do the same. As pet owners ourselves, we have a circle of friends tied together by our canine kids. We hope our brewpub will provide a venue where pet owners can bring their fur kids and mingle with others like them.
