NEW BEER RELEASE
We have Live Music tonight with The Breeze Kings starting at 6pm!! They put on a fantastic show when they're here so make sure you come out and jam with them on Blues Tuesday.
We're releasing a new beer today!!!
Dooper Dubbel is a classic Dubbel similar to Belgian Trappist monk brews. Coppery in color, with light apricot aroma. Sweet fruity taste with a touch of bitterness. Named after one of our owner’s English Setters, Dooper.
Dooper Dubbel will be a Donation Beer for this batch. Proceeds from the sale of Dooper Dubbel will be donated to Frankie and Andys Place, a rescue home for senior dogs located in Winder, Ga.
NEW BEER and NEW MENU and MUSIC
Today is probably the greatest Tuesday of the year! Not only is it Taco Tuesday, but today is also Blues Tuesday. We’ll be hosting The Breeze Kings starting at 6:00pm this evening. Come out and get your blues groove on with us!
Today also marks the release of our new Menu with some additional non-fried appetizer items and the addition of a few items. Check out our Menu below or come into the Brewpub to see what we’re offering.
And last but not least, we’ll be tapping our very own Braselton Pecan Brown Ale today for the first time! This is a light Brown Ale with toasted Georgia Pecans. Dry hopped with brown sugar to add a sweeter, well-rounded finish. Aromas of pecan and slight espresso flavors from the malts.
You definitely don’t want to miss this beer! See y’all soon. Cheers!
CLOSED March 4th
We are closed all day, Monday, March 4th for staff training. We’ll reopen Tuesday, March 5th at 11:00am
With Harrison sadly leaving us for his deployment, we had to pass brewing responsibilities over to a new brewer. Luckily, we found the perfect replacement and are so happy to have him on board! Welcome John Lane as our new Head Brewer! John comes to us with 9 years experience as a Senior Brewer at Terrapin Beer Company. He’s already proven to be an excellent addition to our team and we can’t wait to see what beers he comes up with.
COME VISIT US:
We are open Sunday - Thursday 11am - 10pm and Friday - Saturday 11am - 11pm! We offer a full menu and craft beers. We also feature two local wineries, Frogtown Cellars and Three Sisters Vienyards, for all the wine lovers. We are kid and dog friendly (dogs are allowed on the patio). Come out and see us and be sure to let us know what you think!
WE ARE FINALLY OPEN! We are open Thursday, 12/20 4-9pm and Friday 12/21 4pm-Midnight! We can’t wait to see you!
We were really aiming to open before Thanksgiving but it looks like it will be a few more weeks. We appreciate you following, your patience and support. We will post a Grand Opening date as soon as we can. Close,…so close.
When are you opening?
Okay folks, here is an update on our opening status. It is now looking like mid-November and hopefully before Thanksgiving. I know our opening date continues to slide and I apologize for that. I am probably the most anxious of all of us to get open.
We are waiting for gas service to be connected to the building. Several things need to happen quickly once that is done. 1) plumbers need to make the gas connections inside the building 2) we need to conduct a test of our fire suppression equipment in the kitchen, which the fire department must observe and sign off on 3) our brewing equipment supplier must commission and start up our equipment-especially the gas burners in the kettles.
Once These things are done, then we can start brewing and it takes about 30 days for the beer to be ready once we start brewing. Since we are a brewery, I prefer to wait to open until we actually have our beer to serve!
I will try to keep everyone updated as these critical steps are completed.
