Owners Curtis (CHIP) DALE and Robin ROSE

Chip has worked in finance and accounting roles with a variety of organizations.  Most recently he was CFO of a small drug development company.  Most of his experience has been in the pharmaceutical industry, but he has also worked in retail, building products, medical devices and healthcare.  

Robin's background has been in supply chain management, working as a buyer and then shifting her focus to the system's side of supply chain.  Her most recent experience is as a manager with a Big Four Technology Consulting Company delivering supply chain solutions to petrochemical, water, and pharmaceutical companies.

Chip and Robin have six kids (4 boys and 2 girls) who are all grown and on their own and also have nine grandchildren (4 boys and 5 girls). 

They spend a lot of their time with their fur kids Coco and Bella. Pictured along with Coco and Bella is their late Golden Retriever Riley who even has a beer named after her!

Joel Fontaine, of Braselton GA, has joined Braselton Brewing Company as our Head Chef and Kitchen Manager. Joel is responsible for developing our menu, leading preparation of our food offerings, hiring and training our kitchen staff and ensuring our facility meets and exceeds all health code requirements.

He joins us from the TPC Sugarloaf Country Club in Duluth, GA. where he has been Sous Chef for almost three years. He has also worked at The Tannery Row Ale House in Buford, Cherokee Town and Country Club in Buckhead, Mama’s Five Sons Italian Grill in Jefferson as well as other restaurants in the area. He is a graduate of Le Cordon Blue College of Culinary Arts in Tucker, Georgia.


John Lane & Scout  -    Head Brewer

John Lane has joined Braselton Brewing Company as our Head Brewmaster. John will be responsible for developing all our recipes, leading the brewing operations, brewery scheduling and inventory control of finished brew and brewing ingredients. John will also be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all brewing equipment and be Braselton Brewing Company’s safety leader.

John comes to us with 9 years of experience as a Senior Brewer at Terrapin Beer Company. Prior to his time there, John obtained his certification as a Brewmaster from Versuchs-und Lehranstalt fur Brauereu in Berling (VLB Berlin): an association recognized worldwide for their training of top brewers.

When John isn’t at Braselton Brewing Company, he spends his time playing disc golf with his dog Scout and attending live music shows.

 
 
Kimmy Vo  -  Operations Manager

Kimmy Vo, of Buford Georgia, has joined Braselton Brewing Company as our overall Operations Manager responsible for hiring, training, and managing our bartenders, runners, and greeters. She is additionally responsible for technical support on our Point of Sales system. Kimmy works closely with Joel and Harrison on updating beers as well as managing our Events.

She has been in the restaurant industry for over 15 years in Georgia. Kimmy has been a bartender, a head chef at Tannery Row Ale House, and a general manager.

Kimmy has 3 sons who are her main motivation and the loves of her life. She spends her free time as an inspired writer and is in the process of publishing her first book; early to mid summer of 2019. She has also been an active volunteer for the Salvation Army since 2010.

Kimmy’s motto is: “Leadership is guiding by example, and through that, people will follow towards success.”
