Weston's Wit
Coriander, cumin, and orange peel. Named after 1Lt Weston Cecil Lee who was killed in Mosul, Iraq April 29th, 2017, in the fight against ISIS. This Belgian Wit is a nice easy drinking brew.
Braselton Pecan Brown Ale
A light brown ale brewed with toasted Georgia Pecans. Dry hopped with brown sugar to add a sweeter, well-rounded finish. Aromas of pecans and slight espresso flavors from the malts.
Coco's Chocolate Stout
Roasted toffee flavors blended with chocolate malts to present a thick bodied campfire beer. Named after our Mini Aussie, Coco, who is as sweet as chocolate (most of the time).
Dawg-Gon-It Cream Ale
A hybrid between an ale and lager. Made with lightly kilned malts and corn to present a straw to golden color. The corn lightens the body of the beer.
Derby Day IPA
Easy hitter IPA. Darker in color but designed for a day in the sun. Floral and citrus notes.
Fast Flyer Cream Ale
Cream ale: lager / ale blend. Made with corn. Original version of the Dawg-Gon-It. Fast Flyer was one of the brand names for flour coming from the Braselton Brothers grist mill back in the old days.
Government Shutdown Tripel
A sweet Belgian Tripel with notes of clove and banana. Straw in color. Sweet but bold. Can you guess why it's named Government Shutdown?!
Riley's Irish Red Ale
Less focused on hops, the maltiness of the Irish Red Ale delivers a different array of toasted aromas as well as a caramel center or toffee-like notes. Named after our Golden Retriever, Riley, whose hair shines red in the sun.
